These Terms govern your access to and use of the public website operated by Interiu AI S.L. ("Interiu", "we", "us") at interiu.com and its subdomains (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Engagements with Interiu — pilots, professional services, software access — are governed by separate signed agreements. These Terms cover the public Site only.

You may browse the Site, contact us through the forms provided, and share information about your organization to evaluate working with us. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or unlawful content, including impersonating another person or company;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our infrastructure, or any data we hold;
• Interfere with the Site's operation, including through scraping at a rate likely to degrade service, automated abuse, or attempts to bypass technical safeguards;
• Use the Site to transmit malware, conduct phishing, or otherwise harm others.

When you submit our contact form or write to us, your message reaches our team and you receive an automatic confirmation through our transactional email provider. Confirmation emails are operational, not commercial; you do not need to opt in to receive them.

An exchange of messages, meetings, or proposals does not by itself create a binding service relationship. Engagements begin only when both parties sign a written agreement specifying scope, fees, and obligations.

The Site, including its text, layout, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, code, and the distinctive Interiu identity, is owned by Interiu AI S.L. or its licensors and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual-property law.

You may view and share links to the Site, and quote short excerpts for review or commentary with proper attribution. Any other use — reproduction, redistribution, framing in a way that obscures origin, or use of our brand to imply endorsement — requires prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks shown on the Site (for example, the partner badges in the "Backed by" strip) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

We try to keep content accurate and up to date, but the Site is informational. Statements about our methodology, capabilities, partners, or roadmap may evolve. Nothing on the Site is professional advice, an offer to contract, or a guarantee of outcome.

External links are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party sites.

We aim for the Site to be available continuously, but we may take it offline for maintenance, updates, or to respond to security incidents. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands, Spain, except where consumer-protection rules grant non-waivable rights to a different forum.
