What is Interiu?
We are a technological company that helps people transform their houses into stylish places. If you are not ready to spend money on professional interior design services but want more than mass-market or DIY furniture, give us a try.
Our AI algorithms will find inspirational interiors, recognise the furniture in the photo, predict the prices, and find a similar product at a different price. As a cherry on top, you can order furniture online from our partner, a producer or a proven supplier. New cool features are coming. For more information, see the About Us page.
Does Interiu sell products by itself?
We are creating a seamless digital way to connect customers with our partners, European furniture producers, proven resellers, and selected interior design studios. We do not sell furniture ourselves.
When you add furniture to the cart and click the request price button, Interiu queries availability, the best price, production, and delivery time. If you agree with the purchase terms, the payment is made directly to our partner supplier, who will deliver the furniture to the specified address and provide a guarantee, return, and exchange if necessary.
Are the products listed on interiu.com original?
Yes. All products listed on our website are original products of European brands. We collaborate only with European producers, official dealers, design studios and proven suppliers. The products will be delivered in original packaging, with instruction manuals and serial numbers if the producer uses them to mark products.
Do the products available on interiu.com come with a Guarantee?
Products purchased through interiu.com are covered by a legal Guarantee of Conformity as required by EU regulations.
Where do the photos in the gallery on the website come from?
Our inspirational gallery includes public-access photos and 3D renders posted by third parties, created by us, or shared for use by their copyright holders. Open-source photos and renders have links to their original locations. Machine learning algorithms determine photos' attractiveness, style, type, and the order in which they are displayed. If you have found an error or wish to remove an image belonging to you from the gallery, please send us a request via the feedback form.
Payment and prices
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay easily and securely with a credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Link, BLIK, Bancontact, EPS, iDEAL, direct bank transfers or Klarna for instalment payments.
Is the payment safe?
Yes, it is. The payment information you provide during ordering, such as credit card numbers and security codes, is processed through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connections and is not stored on our systems in any form.
Are the prices of the products listed on the interiu.com accurate?
Most European mid-level and luxury furniture manufacturers do not disclose prices online. To help users, we use a machine learning algorithm to predict price ranges. However, these predictions can be inaccurate, and prices may change. After adding an item to the cart and clicking "Request Price," the current price and other details are confirmed directly with the manufacturer or supplier.
Does interiu.com offer discounts on furniture?
Sometimes, our partners who manufacture or sell the furniture featured on the website provide discounts for interiu.com customers.
Delivery and return
How do you ship orders?
The delivery method for your order will depend on the product type, weight, destination, and value. If the furniture is made to order, delivery is carried out after the furniture is produced, which usually takes 8-12 weeks.
Standard delivery by Express courier: This option is typically used for smaller packages weighing up to 60 kg. It is available worldwide with street-level delivery. Estimated delivery times are 3-10 business days. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00, and tracking information will be provided.
Delivery by Specialized carrier: This method is reserved for bulky, heavy or high-value items. It is available globally through a network of specialist partners. Estimated delivery times range from two to four weeks in Europe and from six weeks in other parts of the world. Delivery is by appointment, and while no tracking number is provided, you will receive an email with the expected delivery dates. All shipments include All-Risk insurance coverage.
Which countries do you ship to?
We offer worldwide delivery. However, certain products might only be eligible for shipping to some regions. The availability of shipping to the specified location will be confirmed during the purchase process before you complete payment. Please be aware that when ordering furniture from countries outside the European Union, you may be liable to pay customs duties, fees and taxes by local legislation.
What are the shipping fees?
The cost of shipping an item depends on several factors. First of all, the weight and size of the purchase, as well as the delivery address. The heavier the item and the further away it is to be delivered, the higher the delivery cost. That is why after the item is placed in the basket and the customer clicks on the "Request a price" button, we check each product's cost and delivery time with our partners who sell and ship the goods. We communicate this information to the customer in his cabinet or by email so he can make an informed decision about the purchase. Please be advised that several products listed on interiu.com have free shipping.
Can I have my shipment tracking number?
Once your order has been handed over to the selected carrier, you will receive an email with the shipping details. If your order is shipped via express courier, you will be given a tracking number to monitor the package's progress. A tracking number will not be available for deliveries made by a specialised carrier, but the carrier will contact you directly to arrange the delivery date and time. I received the product, but I expected something else. Can I return it?
If you're dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. Please note: customised and made-to-order items are not eligible for return.
What Should I do if my product arrives damaged?
If you notice any damage to your product when you first open the package, please email support@interiu.com within three days of receiving your order. Please include a detailed description of the issue and attach photos of the damaged item and its packaging. We recommend keeping the original packaging and delivery documentation. We will contact our partner who sold the product to arrange a replacement or a refund.

How do I contact Customer Service?
You can reach our customer service anytime by emailing support@interiu.com or clicking the Customer Service link on your account page. We will reply as promptly as possible.
How do I place the order?

Be inspired by our interior photos gallery. Choose interiors by filters, including the interior style or room type.

Have a close view of the photo you liked. Our algorithms will detect and recognise interior objects in the image, predict their price, find a description, and select similar furniture and interiors.

Add the items you like to the cart, go to the check-out page, fill out the delivery address, and press the “Request price” button.

The furniture supplier will check availability, price, and delivery terms and contact you via email, phone, or WhatsApp to configure the order. Once all details concerning your order are agreed upon and you have configured your product, you will see it in your shopping cart with an active payment button.

Make a payment. You will receive the order and payment confirmation. If the products are available in stock, your furniture items will be shipped in 2-3 days. If your furniture is made for order, production begins, and shipping will be made upon production.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, cancelling an order after it has been paid is impossible. However, according to our partner supplier’s return policy, you can return the product within 14 days after delivery.
Can I request furniture assembly service or delivery to an upper floor?
Currently, we are unable to provide assembly and installation services. However, we recommend contacting our Customer Service regarding your specific requirements. We will do our utmost to find a suitable solution.
