Interiu Report Review
One of the workstreams within the overall due diligence workflow, designed to save priceless Partner time. It reads the whole report and gives comments just like a Partner would.
Learn more→A due diligence copilot inside Word, Excel and PowerPoint, built on Microsoft Copilot Studio.
It carries the engagement end to end, from the information request list to recomputing the report after the target sends new data, on a methodology built by people who have run these engagements and configured to your templates and your review bar.
It runs on your own infrastructure, so case data never leaves your perimeter and never trains an AI model. More on how the system is deployed
Data gathering
Reads the scope, proposes an information request list from comparable engagements, tracks the data room, drafts follow-ups for missing items.
Databook
Cleanses the data received, logs an audit trail of every fix, compiles a coherent databook from what is available.
Analysis
Flags anomalies across the accounting records, QoE schedule, debt, revenue and working capital. The team decides what becomes a finding.
Drafting
Proposes the storyboard, then drafts every page for the team to edit or finalise. Judgement pages are left to the professionals.
Review and update
A Partner-style review across all pages. When the client sends new data, changes trace through databook, pages and findings.
This is one of the workstreams within the overall due diligence workflow, designed to save priceless Partner time.
The pre-final read before a draft report reaches the Partner, run inside Microsoft 365 Copilot, the tool now deployed to most of our clients. It reads the whole report and gives comments just like a Partner would.
The draft stays in your own tenancy while it is read, and nothing in it is used to train an AI model. More on the controls behind that
A project manager hands over the draft and gets back what a careful reviewer would have caught. Thirteen review procedures run on every report. These five are among them.
Internal consistency
Figures that disagree between pages.
Source data validation
References that lead nowhere, and adjustments the underlying accounts do not support.
Arithmetic verification
Tables that do not add up.
Analytical reasonableness
Conclusions the evidence in the report does not carry.
AI-generated content
Passages that carry the markers of AI-drafted text.
Every finding opens to the page it came from and the wording underneath it, so reviewing one takes seconds rather than a re-read. What comes back is a findings file the team can work through, and a corrected draft alongside it.
The review points are not generic, and they did not come from a specification. They are what a reviewer who has done this work looks for, written down once and then applied the same way on every engagement, including the ones read at eleven at night. Where your firm reviews to its own standard, that standard is what the system runs.
We will identify where AI can create value, show the relevant demos, and tell you whether a pilot makes sense.
